Photography as an Outlet by J Masse

- The definition of Photography is: the art or practice of taking and processing photographs.
- The definition of Art is: works produced by human creative skill and imagination.
Now let’s talk about how I interpret these 2 relatively open definitions of art & photography into My Own Personal Creative Outlet.
I am an Artist at heart ❤️ 💙 💜 I realize now, I always have & will be. Photography for me is a way to expand on my artistic visions. Not only do we create with our hands, but with our Minds Eye as well. And photos give us that extra reach, that extra sight.
You may see a tree 🌳 the leaves changing colors and thinks it’s pretty.
I see a tree too, but then so much more. I see branches dancing and creating barriers, I see fire in the reds and oranges of the ever changing fall foliage, I see whispers in the movments of the tree as she sways and bends in the breezes.
And Photography helps me to capture what and how My Minds Eye sees the world.
I cant remember a time I didn’t enjoy taking photographs, preserving a memory or a view I didn’t want to ever forget.
Photography is so much more than:
- the art or practice of taking and processing photographs.
Photography for me is a capturing ah ha moments, shy glances, one of a kind memories & moments, art in motion,
